The terms that apply when you book a space or service with SuperOffice.

Bookings & Payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is received in full through our online checkout, or, for manually arranged bookings, once confirmed by our team. Prices shown at the time of booking are the prices that apply — SuperOffice reserves the right to change listed prices for future bookings at any time.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and refund terms vary by service and duration tier and are shown before you complete a booking. To request a cancellation or change to an existing booking, contact us or use your client dashboard; changes are subject to availability.
Access & Facility Use
Where a booking includes smart-lock access, that access is granted only for the exact reservation window and is automatically revoked once it ends. Spaces must be used for their intended purpose and left in the condition they were provided in; SuperOffice may charge for damage beyond normal wear.
Deposits
Certain services (including Filming Spaces) require a refundable deposit in addition to the base price. Deposits are refunded after inspection of the space following your booking, less any deduction for damage or violation of these terms.
Liability
SuperOffice provides furnished, staffed workspace on an as-available basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of its spaces, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Saudi law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
